Principal's Message

Dear Hill Families,

It is with great enthusiasm that I welcome you to Hill Elementary School! I am honored and privileged to serve as your child’s Principal. At Hill Elementary, we believe that every child deserves a safe and nurturing learning environment where they feel supported and have a sense of belonging and inclusivity. We aim to inspire a love for learning, encourage curiosity, and foster critical thinking skills that will prepare our students for success. Our school’s goals are aligned with GGUSD’s Strategic Plan which is Academic Skills + Personal Skills = Lifelong Success. Our teachers utilize engaging classroom practices across all subject areas of language arts, math, science and social studies and physical education. In addition, our students benefit from visual and performing arts, technology and socio-emotional learning. At Hill Elementary, the behavioral expectations for all students is B.A.R.K, which stands for:

• Keep safe
